If you don't see your school, please either contact your instructor to add their school or send an email to Antonio Lucero with School's name, Instructor's name and website/facebook page.

RANK / EXPERIENCE LEVEL

   Karate Events
   Beginner - First 3-4 Belts in respected art
   Intermediate - Second 3-4 Belts in respected art
   Advance - Third 3-4 Belts in respected art
   Black Belt

   FMA Events
   Novice - Less than 2 years of experience and no participation at a National or World Tournament.
   Advance - More than 2 years of experience or participation at a National or World Tournament.

DIVISIONS

   First Timers
These divisions are for competitors who have never competed before. These competitors should not have a rank higher than their third/fourth belt in their respected art.

   Kata/Sayaws
Please use rank appropriate forms for Traditional and Soft Style. If you would like to use a higher form for your rank than you will be move to Creative Forms aka Open. Thank you for your understanding.

   Tradition Hardstyle: Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Japanese Kenpo, Okinawan
   Soft Style: Kung Fu, American Kenpo, Kajukenbo, Chinese Kenpo
   Creative Forms: Open, Music, Empty hand or Weapon
   Traditional Weapons: Japanese, Korean, Okinawan
   Creative Weapons: Filipino or Kung Fu

   Semi-Contact
      3x 2 minute rounds with 45sec rest. 3rd Round will only be fought if a tie occurs.
      Light Contact only, excessive will be given 1 warning before DQ.
      No Knockouts in effect, instant DQ
      One Coach per Corner

   Semi-Contact Continuous : Punches/Kicks to body and No punches to front of the head only karate style to the side and top of head. Front Leg sweeps allowed to non-supported foot. Protective gear: Point Karate - Headgear, Gloves, Booties along with Groin and Mouth Piece. Shin protection optional

   Semi-Contact Kickboxing: Punches/Kicks to body and controlled Boxing type punches to the head. Inner/Outer Thigh kicks above the knee, Front Leg sweeps allowed to non-supported foot. Protective Gear: Boxing - Gloves and Headgear along with Shin/Insteap, Groin and Mouth piece.

   Semi-Contact Muay Thai: Punches/Kicks to body, controlled Boxing type punches to the head, Inner/Outer Thigh kicks above the knee and controlled knees to the body while in clinch. Front Leg sweeps allowed. Protective Gear: Boxing - Gloves and Headgear along with Shin/Insteap, Groin and Mouth piece.

Grand Championship
Junior's GC will be reserved to 14-17 (Kata and Point Sparring. Separate M/F for sparing). Adult's GC will be 18+ (Kata and Point/Continuous. Separate M/F for sparing). There most be at least 2 competitors in order to receive the belt and 4 in order to receive the cash price.

Referee Registration
If you plan on being a referee, please register. We need an email and photo. Also please bring your cell phone as we will use it for the Kata divisions.

Promoter reserves right to combine categories.
Divisions will be combine if there are less than 4 competitors in order to ensure competition. However, safety of competitors will be taken into consideration based on age and weight.
