BANKS' Kickboxing & Boxing is excited to host an inter-club event featuring light contact kickboxing, boxing, and body-only boxing (available to Kickboxers and Boxers) categories. This is an excellent opportunity for participants to test their skills and techniques in a pressured yet safe environment. With two rings and either one or two mat areas in operation, competitors will have ample space to showcase their abilities.

Spectators can enjoy light refreshments as they support the fighters, creating a lively and encouraging atmosphere. Whether you're competing or cheering from the sidelines, this event promises to be an exciting day of friendly competition and community spirit.

Cadets weigh-in: 9:30am (first fight starting at 10:30am)

Teen/Adults weigh-in: 11am (first fight starting at 12pm)

- Current in date valid licence is required
- Full sparring equipment in good condition is required.
- Headguards are required for all under 18s no exceptions.

Kickboxing catagories


Cadets (8-13 years) 2 x 1 min rounds, 30sec rest (ABOVE WAIST KICKING ONLY)
- 10oz or 12oz Gloves, T-shirt, Shorts, Shin Pads, Gumshield, Top Ten Headguard (only), Groin Guard (boys only), Chest Guard (advised for girls)

Teens (14-16 years) 2x 1.5 min rounds, 30sec rest
- 10oz or 12oz Gloves, T-shirt, Shorts, Shin Pads, Gumshield, Top Ten Headguard (only), Groin Guard (boys only), Chest Guard (advised for girls)


Adults (17+) 2 x 1.5 min rounds, 45 sec rest (Finals will be 2 x 2 min rounds)
- 12oz-16oz Gloves, T-shirt, Shorts, Shin Pads, Gumshield, Top Ten Headguard (only), Groin Guard (Men only), Chest Guard (advised for girls)
- Headguards are optional

Boxing Categories (FOR BOXERS REGISTERING PLEASE SELECT WHITE BELT GRADE, THE GRADES ONLY APPLY TO THE KICKBOXERS)

Teens (14-16 years) 2x 1.5 min rounds, 30sec rest
- 12oz-16oz Gloves, T-shirt or Vest, Shorts only, Gumshield, Approved Boxing or Top Ten Headguard, Clean Trainers or Boxing Boots, Groin Guard (boys only), Chest Guard (advised for girls)


Adults (17+) 2 x 1.5 min rounds, 45 sec rest (Finals will be 2 x 2 min rounds)

Additional Categories: £10
Spectators per person: £5

Once spectators tickets are at capacity, we will not be selling anymore!! We are limited with parking so please be considerate with possible car pooling, being dropped off etc.

Trophies for winners, medals for participants and podium pictures. Successful winners may be invited to squad training.
