WUMA LICENCED EVENT • INTERNATIONAL MARTIAL ARTS COMPETITION

Coaches with students and independent individuals outside WUMA can apply for a competition licence to attend the event without being full members, please email info@wumawebsite.com for details.

Doors Open: 11:00am
Competitor eligibility: WUMA licenced members only (including competition licence members email for details).
Disciplines: Kata/Forms, Semi-Contact Points & Light-Contact Continuous Disciplines, Tag-Team Points
Levels: 1st Competition, Novice (Under 1 years training) and Advanced Categories

Registration
Competitors must pre-register and cannot enter on the day. We recommend spectators also pre-register. Spectator tickets on the door (if we still have tickets left) will be an additional £5 per ticket. All tickets & registrations must be purchased via Kihapp. Competitor registrations are £25 per category entry. Ensure you have your correct category number/s BEFORE registering for competitors, categories can be found on the left panel under information. Pre-Registration closes midnight Sunday 15th September. No entries after the deadline. Once registered you will receive a QR code in the confirmation email, this will be your ticket for entry which we recommend printing off/screenshotting for faster entry (if internet drops on your device the QR will not load). If you do not receive a QR ticket please check your junk mail as often they land in there. Once you complete your registrations please ensure your category number is correct or this will cause disruption at the event. If it is not, please email us. No ticket, no entry.

T-Shirts: T-Shirts are available for order when registering. Pre-order to avoid disappointment as there is limited availability and we can not guarantee stock on the day.

Code of Conduct for WUMA Competitions
Competitors, Spectators & Coaches. Everyone attending the event must follow the code of conduct at all times. Any violations will result in disciplinary action which can result in a permanent ban form all WUMA events. Please find the code of conduct here: https://bit.ly/3YEG5vn

Event Estimated Time Schedule:
Doors open 11:00am
Kata starts at 12:00pm
Under 18years fighting starts at 12:00pm (measured at mat)
1st competition kids will be called to be matched first.
Adult weigh-in between 12:00pm-2pm.
Tag Team Kids will be after 16yrs categories complete.
Tag team Adults will be after cadet categories complete.
1st competition adults will then be called to be matched first.
Adults fighting aim's starts between 2:30-3:30pm but can vary depending on the amount of under 18years entries.
Event scheduled finish 7:00pm

Coach Entry:

Instructors/Coaches bringing 3 or more competitors can apply for their free entry. Their competitors must have pre-registered before the Instructor/Coach applies. If you are not bringing 3 or more you must purchase a spectator ticket (you will still be able to coach). Limited to 1 free coach entry per club. If you have more than 1 instructor they will need to purchase a spectator ticket (they will still be able to coach).

Refund Policy:
All payments paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes (but not limited to):
Missing your entry/category, circumstances beyond your control meaning you cannot make the event, competitor pull outs once the entry is made, injury, illness & Covid-19. Payments made can only be used for this event.
We will only refund payments for the following reasons, which must be requested via email info@wumwebsite.com within 48-hours of the conclusion of the event:
-Any categories entered that starts after 7pm and due to this reason you cannot compete.
-If the event is cancelled by organisers we will give the option to move your registration to the next event or a full refund.
