Opening Ceremony

Tournament Start: Immediately after opening Ceremony, all athletes, coaches, judges etc need to attend the opening ceremony on the first day.

Competitor : R 300 First Category
: R 70 per additional category thereafter
Unison : R 210 per Team of 3
Rotational Kumite : R 210 per Team of 3
Opens Kata : R 70 per person (any 2 Kata from Shorinkan Syllabus) (Black Belts only 16yrs and above)
Opens Kobudo : R 70 per person (any 2 different weapons of choice)
(Participant of any Kobudo Grade may enter provided he is a Karate Black Belt, 16yrs and above)
Opens Kumite : R 70 per person (Black Belts only 18yrs and above)

Entry forms All completed Competitor Entry forms / Indemnity Forms to kept on file by the Dojo Head and brought with to the Nationals.

Closing date for Entries as well as Payments : 13 Sept 2024

All Indemnity Forms to be completed and kept by Dojo Heads. This must be brought with to the Nationals. No student will be able to participate without a completed and signed Indemnity Form.

Photos: Podium photos will be taken throughout the Championship.

Cafetaria: Refreshments and light meals will be sold at the venue. No food or drinks will be allowed to be brought into the venue.
