General Information
ICO 4-Nations Tournament Series 2025
We are thrilled to announce the introduction of the ICO 4-Nations Tournament Series to the ICO competition calendar!
This ground breaking series will span England, Wales, Ireland, and Scotland, aiming to become the premier multi-discipline martial arts event across the four nations.
Open to all martial arts athletes, this platform provides competitors of all skill levels with the opportunity to showcase their talents.
What’s New?
Fight Card System
To ensure fairness and prioritize athlete safety, the ICO is introducing a Fight Card system, which will be renewed annually. This card is mandatory for all athletes participating in ICO events and offers several benefits, including:
Accurate Category Placement: Helps prevent incorrect entries by maintaining precise athlete records.
Enhanced Safety Protocols: Ensures meticulous adherence to concussion guidelines and other safety measures.
Many associations lack a system of this scale to monitor and record athlete participation. ICO is proud to lead the way in implementing this critical safeguard.

To foster a fair and enjoyable competition environment, the following competitor categories are available:
