General Information

KBF Interclub Tournament number 5.

We are excited to announce the KBF Interclub Tournament. This tournament is suitable for all levels and is designed to give everyone a competition experience but in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

Join us at the Shoreham centre for an unforgettable experience where fighters of all skill levels can demonstrate their abilities and passion for martial arts.

This competition will cover a variety of disciplines and will feature the following events:

Event Categories:
To ensure a fair and competitive environment, athletes will be divided into the following categories based on experience:

NOVICE
Eligibility:

No more than one year of competitive experience.
Coach’s Discretion:
Coaches may enter athletes slightly exceeding 12 months of training if they are still competing at a novice level. Please ensure fairness and integrity when making these decisions.

INTERMEDIATE
Eligibility:

No more than 3 years of experience.

ADVANCED
Eligibility:

Over 3 years of competitive experience.
Important Note for Coaches:

Coaches are encouraged to demonstrate integrity when entering athletes into categories to ensure fair competition across all levels. If you have a fighter whom you believe is not at advanced level, despite their experience, please discuss with us in advance.

Weigh-Ins:

For KBF fighters, this will happen during classes. For fighters from other clubs, please submit the weights no later than xxxx

Weight Allowance: There is a 0.5kg allowance.

If there are insufficient participants in a division, it may be cancelled. Refunds will be provided if no alternative arrangements can be made.
