Join us on May 4th, 2025, at North Lakes for Spar Wars—a friendly, sparring-only tournament open to all martial arts styles! This is your chance to test your skills in a fun and supportive environment, with all matches conducted under ITF Taekwondo sparring rules.
💲 Entry Fee: $35
Events:
🥋 Round Robin Sparring – Guaranteed at least two matches! Open to all competitors, with divisions based on age, weight, rank, and gender (as best as possible based on numbers).
⚡ Open Weight ‘Speed’ Sparring – Fast-paced, high-energy bouts! 16+ only, 1-minute rounds, open weight, open rank, with divisions separated by gender.
👊 Team Sparring – Assemble your squad! 16+ only, open weight, open rank. Teams of three (Male or Female only). 1.5-minute rounds.
🏅Tag Sparring - For our little kickers we have Tag Sparring! A no contact fun introduction to tournaments and sparring. Grab the tags off of your opponent to win!
