Experience Levels

This is determined by training time since their first class not their first competition.

Beginner - Under 12 months training
Intermediate - Under 3 years training
Advanced - 3+ years & all brown belts and above

Please note that for children any time spent in pre-beginner programs such as Little Heroes is not included in their training time.

Doors Open: 9.30am
Junior Height/Weight Check In: 9.30am
Junior Start Time: 11.00am

Adult Weight Check In: 1.00pm
